FAQ: Frequently Asked Questions

Orders will usually ship within 24 hours. For orders within Denmark this typically means delivery within 1-2 business days.

Exceptions may be international order sand pre-orders. For international orders, please allow 5 days from order completion to shipping, as we pool our international orders to get you the best shipping price. International orders may be underway for 4-6 weeks, but usually no more than 2 weeks. 

If one or more items in your order are pre-order products, your order won’t ship until the pre-order items are in stock. If you need parts of your order earlier, consider placing separate orders. 

If an item is out of stock you may be able to pre-order it. This means your order won’t be fulfilled until the item is in stock again. 

All pre-order products have an estimated time of delivery that will show on the product site, as well as on your order confirmation. 


A Print on demand product is a product made especially for you! In other words, print on demand products are not products we have in stock, but rather a product we have custom-made after you order it. This means that the delivery time on print on demand products are up to 2 weeks, and that you can’t return it, unless it is in some way defective. 

At checkout you can sign up for an account on this website. That means you can log in to see previous purchases and manage contact and shipping information. The account uses you email address as user name. 

Until your order is processed you can change shipping address from your account. If you did not sign up for an account during checkout, you can write us at [email protected],, and we’ll do our best to help you out. 

You can follow your order status from your account or via the emails we send you. Once your order is dispatched from our warehouse, you can follow it via the tracking information you receive from our shipping partners. 

All credit card information are saved by our partners Epay/Bambora and PayPal. We have no direct access to your credit card information and all transactions go through our secure payment gateway partners. 

We charge 25% VAT for all orders within the EU. All prices are displayed including VAT for customers within the EU.

Probably yes. We ship small parcels (below 2kg) everywhere on planet Earth with ordinary mail, and tracked and insured parcels to more than 55 countries. See the complete list on our Shipping & Delivery page. 

Yes. In order to ship your order as cheap and effective as possible, we ship all purchases within an order together. 

If one or more items in your order are pre-orders, we will not dispatch your order until everything is ready to leave our warehouse. 

We have a 14 day returns policy on everything, except for print on demand products which are nonreturnable. Read all about it on our returns page

Mistakes happen and when we make one we also make it right. Contact us at [email protected], to arrange an exchange. 

If the package looks damaged we would advise you to decline reception. If you discover damage upon opening a package please get in touch right away at [email protected],

We need the following info from you: 
– Order no. 
– Pictures of the parcel:
* Complete parcel with the shipping label visible
* Closeup of the damage to the shipped item
* Closeup of the damage, if any, to the parcel

Once your is processed accepted by the system, it’s automatically transferred to our logistics system. To change delivery adress, please write us at [email protected], and we’ll do our best to help you out.
