By using any part of this Website, completing your customer registration with us and/or placing an order on the Website you agree to be bound by the Dash Two Terms and Conditions. We strongly recommend that you read these Terms and Conditions before you place your order.

Purchasing Goods

To be eligible to purchase goods on this Website you must register your personal information with name, address and payment details. 

Once you have placed your order, we will email you an order confirmation of your order. Once the order has been dispatched from our warehouse, you will receive an email with a copy of the invoice stating that your order has been completed, and if possible a tracking number so you can easily track your order. 

Please note: a legally binding purchase agreement is first entered when you have received an invoice from us stating that the order has been completed. Dash Two, therefore, retains the right to cancel your order as a result of printing errors, technical problems, delivery failure, and similar situations.

Dash Two can cancel an order if it is not possible to deliver the ordered item. You will be informed if such a situation should occur, any payment made will be refunded in full.

Shipping and Delivery

Dash Two will deliver the goods in accordance with the delivery address entered during check-out. We are using different freight forwarders and delivery costs can vary depending on the method of delivery and the character of the order. Further information concerning the delivery costs can be found on our Shipping & Delivery page. Unless otherwise agreed upon, deliveries are made solely to the countries listed there.

Dash Two does not guarantee delivery on specific dates. When a delivery date is agreed upon this shall be regarded as a target, which we and our subcontractors work towards. Usually, parcels sent within Denmark has 1-4 day lead time. International standard tracked parcels are shipped once a week, with delivery times usually varying from 2-21 days. 

Dash Two can not be held liable for any missing shipments from third parties.


Dash Two accepts MasterCard and Visa through Billwerk/Clearhaus and most other cards via PayPal. All payments are processed through secure servers at Billwerk/Clearhaus or PayPal.We won’t charge your card until your goods are dispatched from our warehouse.

For customers inside the EU, all prices on this website include 25% Danish VAT.

Security and privacy

Your online security and privacy are important priorities for us. All communication between our payment system and you as the cardholder is made via a Secure Socket Layer (SSL connection). Your account details, email, and password are stored securely on our servers. In the case of a data breach, we will contact you immediately. We encourage you to use unique passwords for all the services you access on the Internet.

Dash Two acts on behalf of its partners. All products list a “Sold by:” partner. These partners have access to order information such as, but not limited to:  -order number, name and email address, regarding orders containing their product.


Dash Two operates a 14-day return policy from the day you receive your goods. Please follow the instructions on our returns form if you wish to make a return.

Please note that Dash Two does not cover shipping costs for return goods. We recommend you obtain a shipping receipt with tracking information. Dash Two will not accept returns as Collect on Delivery (COD). For more information and guidance on how to return please go to Return Policy.

Once we receive your returned item(s) it will be processed within 72 hours, and we return the amount to your account as soon as possible. To eliminate the risk of fraud, these payments are reverted to the card or PayPal account you used when purchasing the goods.

Items should be returned in the same condition as received. Please ensure that you have taken reasonable care to make certain that it is returned safely, not damaged in transit or show any sign of usage. Should this be the case, you will be liable for the deterioration in the product value. 

In some cases, merchandise will be given to us directly from the seller, which means you might receive products that may have been on tour, stored in the back of a van or in  a rehearsing room, or otherwise show signs of “road wear”. All products sold on this site, however, are unused.

Items made or manufactured to order are non-refundable.

We operate according to the Danish Sale of Goods Act and the guidelines set out by the Danish Consumer Agency. This means that you have a 24 months warranty on faulty goods from the day you receive your item. You must make a claim within a reasonable time after receiving your items in order to obtain full credit or the options of either a repair or a price deduction. This warranty is voided if the claim is caused by you as a result of misuse, repair or normal tear and wear.
